This comprehensive six-session study explores Jesus' Beatitudes from the Sermon on the Mount, led by Buddy Owens at Saddleback Church. The course examines each of the eight blessings that Jesus proclaimed, including being poor in spirit, mourning, meekness, hungering for righteousness, showing mercy, purity of heart, peacemaking, and persecution for righteousness. Participants will learn how these counter-cultural values form the foundation of kingdom living and discover practical applications for their daily walk with Christ. The series is taught bilingually in English and Chinese, making it accessible for diverse small group settings. Through biblical exposition and practical teaching, this study will help participants understand what it means to live as salt and light in the world.
